Accepted Formats for Editing:

You can send us images in various formats including JPG (recommended), TIF, PSD, PNG, HEIC, CR2, CR3, PDF, NEF, DNG, SVG, WEBP and ARW.

Delivery Formats:

For the edited images, we offer delivery in JPG, PNG, PSD, and TIF formats. You also have the option to specify the background type (white, transparent, or a specific color) and request layered PSDs for more detailed editing needs.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to specify particular requirements within the scope of background removal, such as preserving certain parts of the image or focusing on specific details. However, please note that our services are specialized in background removal, so if your request involves a different type of editing, we might not be able to accommodate it. Your clear instructions will help us tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

Our standard turnaround time for image editing is within 24 hours. However, for larger or more complex orders, or during particularly busy periods, the process may take longer than 24 hours. Rest assured, we will inform you if your specific order requires additional time, ensuring transparency and managing your expectations effectively.

If you’re not satisfied with any part of your edited images, you can easily request a revision through WeTransfer. When reviewing your images in WeTransfer, simply mark the specific areas of concern and leave your feedback as a comment. After you’ve reviewed all images and provided feedback where necessary, just close the window. WeTransfer will notify us of your feedback, and we’ll work on revising those areas based on your comments. Once the revisions are complete, we’ll email you with a link to download your corrected images.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you’re not happy with the edited images, we’re committed to revising them until they meet your expectations, offering unlimited revisions. However, if you still prefer a refund, we provide either a full or partial refund, depending on how many images did not meet your satisfaction. Your happiness with our service is of utmost importance to us.

After we finish editing your images, you’ll receive an email from us confirming their readiness, along with instructions and a link to download them. Additionally, you can access your past orders up to three months old via a personalized WeTransfer Portal created for you upon your first order. This portal will house all your orders and their images, allowing you to download them anytime. If you have any trouble locating your Portal URL or passphrase, please contact us, and we’ll promptly assist you.
